Welcome to the Meet Our Board page for Miss Northwest Montana Rodeo Royalty.

Behind every crown, event, and opportunity for our rodeo royalty is a dedicated team of community-minded women who volunteer their time, energy, and passion to keep this tradition thriving. Our board members are mentors, organizers, supporters, and advocates for the young women who represent Northwest Montana with pride, poise, and Western spirit.

Each member brings a unique background and deep love for rodeo, community involvement, and leadership development. Together, they work to create meaningful experiences, uphold tradition, and provide guidance that helps our royalty grow both in and out of the arena.

We’re proud to introduce the women who make it all possible—please take a moment to get to know the heart behind Miss NWMT Rodeo Royalty.

Dale Olson

President

Dale has a deep love for horses and the Western way of life. Dale is very proud and honored to be a part of the NWMT Rodeo Pageant and all that it represents. For 18 years, Dale has hosted the Draft Barn at the NWMT Fair. On several occasions, Dale has driven a mule, Dally, in driving competitions.

When life slows down, Dale can usually be found quilting or outside working with horses. When enjoying the simple things in life, Dale and her husband visit family and spend time with their grandchildren and great-grandchildren. What could be better than that?

Savannah Gentry

Vice President

Raised in Montana, Savannah grew up loving horses and the western way of life. Through rodeo and 4 H, she competed in the arena and proudly served as rodeo royalty, experiences that helped shape her confidence and who she is today.

She is passionate about protecting and promoting the rodeo lifestyle and the values it represents, and believes deeply in giving back to her community. With a love for travel and dressing up, she embraces every opportunity to represent the western way of life with grace and purpose.

Savannah is especially passionate about pouring into the next generation and encouraging young women to step into their confidence and chase their dreams.

When she is not out in the community, you can find her at one of her shops, Forage and Floral, where her passion for creating beauty for others comes to life.

Holly Donovan

Treasurer

Born and raised in the Flathead Valley, Holly grew up on a farm where horses, 4‑H, and the western lifestyle were part of everyday life. A lifelong rodeo fan, she’s excited to bring her skills as an accountant and business owner to the Rodeo Pageant Board. When she’s not working, she’s likely spending time with her hubby and their beloved boxer dog, gardening, sewing, or off traveling with her husband--- and always making time for family and friends. Holly is thrilled to bring her many years of accounting experience to the role of Treasurer and help support the traditions and community she’s loved since childhood.

Jessie Cady-Kauffman

Secretary

Jessie is a 10th-generation Montanan with deep roots in the Flathead Valley and a huge heart for our community. While Jessie spends her workdays as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner, her real pride and joy is her family and her four amazing kids.

Jessie is big on giving back to the place that’s been home to her family for centuries, which is why she loves serving on the board for the Miss Northwest Montana Rodeo Pageant. For her, it’s all about supporting the next generation of powerful women leaders and keeping our local traditions and community spirit alive.

Brialle Stewart

Brialle has a deep appreciation for western heritage, community, and the values that come with rural life. Brialle, also goes by Bri, whom is a proud mother of three and engaged to the love of her life, and her involvement in rodeo grew even stronger through her daughter, who served as Little Miss NWMT Rodeo in 2024. Watching her experience sparked an even deeper passion for supporting and preserving the rodeo tradition and the opportunities it provides for youth.

Professionally, Brialle works as a real estate agent, where she enjoys helping families find their place to call home. She is also actively involved in several committees throughout the valley and values giving back to the community that has shaped so much of who she is.

Outside of work and community service, you’ll usually find Bri outdoors enjoying God’s country. Fly fishing is her absolute favorite, and she loves the peace and beauty it brings. She also enjoys cheering on and chasing after her son at his dirt bike races, and spending time with her family in the lifestyle they love most—simple, active, and rooted in the western way of life.
